We have provided government office id but Staff asking aadhar I'd again again so this is unexpected service with booking.com

Rooms were dirty, linen shabby and some bad smell emanating from the Rooms

Room should be ready by 12pm but even after arrival chekin was late. Also room accessories must be given in advance but only soap is given after asking thrice. If it's delux then services should be like that only.

There was nothing to be liked.

Every thing except location. They are making fool. Not providing electric kettle. Even table and chair was provided on demand. Room was dirty not painted for last more than 5 years. Towel was torn. Loose electric wiring. Fan was making lot of noise.

Staff was courteous and helpful.

Infrastructure is not well maintained and property needs better housekeeping.

Location less

Less stupendously noisy fan, better maintenance of plumbing, less insects coming in from below the door and ac maintenance.

Cleanliness, prompt service, value for money

Nothing ....lack of staff only one person is in whole hotel. Guest Had to do all the work ie taking water etc by himself .secondly staff is very rudely asking extra money , extra money from hotel an site provided.very disappointed here taking money for Xtra bed also .

food was good and reasonable, had to spend a night there enroute to banglore, nothing much to add...

bed sheets and cover was not clean, smelly rooms, the mattress was not that comfortable, bathrooms were not clean, hot water was not available if we need to consider senior citizen who needs to take a warm shower, no soap , shampoo etc bathroom should have been lot cleaner especially the w/c which looked stained and worn out,

I booked deluxe room. They alloted lower room.They asked me some extra money for deluxe room.

I never use this booking.com app in future and never suggest to my family and friends

Allotted a room in which AC was not working hower on complaint it was changed

Especially this room boy Arun in the night shift was very kind and active in his job, so also the chef was very good to talk and helpful, the receptionist were also good.

The rooms are congested and no electric kettle was provided in the room as mentioned on the net.

Don't go by the external appearance of the property. Parking is onsite and under CCTV surveillance. I booked a deluxe ac room for a family of 4. Extra bed is included in the price. The hotel food is great. Room has a smart TV. The bathroom was very neat and clean with 24x7 hot water. Hope the hotel staff maintain the standard for future guests. Do have breakfast at the poha corner besides the hotel.

Pathetic and poor hotel

The receptionist was very rude. They didn't mention the clear policies of hotel at the website and clearly rejected the access at hotel saying we can't allow whether it was their mistake. I suggest everyone not to waste your time by entertaining this type of hotel staff. There are more hotels at jhasi providing the better facilities in lower rates.Pathetic show of hotel management

Nothing! Worst hotel in India. They gave us bottles of water already open, and considering the price paid we expected at least toilet paper. Lastly, workers were very hostile.

pet friendly staff as well as hotel.

More cleanliness of rooms ,bedsheets and blankets required . Refilling of shower gels and shampoos needs to be carried out.
